Reclaim your deposit

Did you pay a CHF 50.- deposit for your key card in the past? You'll get it back when you return the card. We'll send an email to the address stored in your SAMS GYM account. It contains a button that takes you straight to the next step, and a code.

How it works

1. You sign in with the email address of your account and enter the IBAN of your Swiss bank account.
2. We check your request and get back to you by email.
3. Once it's approved, drop the card into our letterbox at Kantonsstrasse 136 in 3952 Susten within 7 days. It must be whole and undamaged.
4. As soon as we have the card, we'll transfer the CHF 50.- to you promptly.

Not every card was issued with a deposit, for example during promotions. The activation fee for newer cards is not refunded.
